Sportsman Portraits is the brainchild of a professional illustrator, Gary Ciccarelli, and his two sons. Operating out of Michigan and Wisconsin, areas known for lodging some of the nation's most avid hunters, SP was born out of a custom gift idea to commemorate our friends and family's moments on the hunt.
Ciccarelli, the original artist and designer of the SP illustrations, has created signature artwork for nearly every major company in the U.S., including Nike, NASCAR, Budweiser, Coca-Cola, 20th Century Fox, Miller, Target, Ford , Microsoft and many more.
Over the years, much of his artwork has become highly collectible, due to several high profile jobs, including becoming the only private citizen selected by the U.S. Department of Treasury to illustrate a series of U.S. saving bonds to be used for 30 years.
